Organizing meetings, presentations or other obligations can sometimes be very overwhelming for many workers. For this reason, FindTime is a complement that aims to help manage the different tasks within our work environment.
Basically, FindTime is responsible for sending an availability proposal to meet the various attendees who will have to vote to reach a consensus. Once the agreement is finalized, FindTime will automatically generate and send an invitation to all participants with the agreed date and time.
It is necessary to clarify that those who generate the invitation must have an Office 365 Company account to be able to use FindTime in Outlook, meanwhile, the rest of the users only need Outlook.
FindTime is compatible with Office 2013, Office 2016 and Office Web, but at the moment it does not have a version for mobile devices, a point against in a world where mobile applications are the order of the day.
